Welcome to Tapestry Charter School’s FREE Multi-Sport Summer Camp!
This 3-week day camp is sponsored by the Project Play WNY Summer Free Play Series* It is designed for students entering grades 3–6, offering hands-on exposure to multiple sports in a fun, inclusive, and team-based environment. Led by experienced coaches and educators, each week features a new sport, high-energy games, and unforgettable memories.

What to Bring:
From sneakers to water bottles, here’s your quick guide to what your camper should have each day to stay safe, active, and ready to play. Make sure your camper is set up for an active day! Help your camper start each day prepared and ready to play! Below is a checklist of recommended gear for a smooth and active camp experience:

Camp Culture:
- We prioritize teamwork, respect, and inclusivity
- Campers are grouped by grade level for age-appropriate play
- Staff provide constant supervision and encourage participation at every skill level
- All equipment is sanitized and activities are designed for safety and engagement
- Any medication or health needs must be communicated during registration

Summer Camp FAQs
A: Yes! Just submit a separate registration form for each child.
A: Please email us ASAP so we can offer the spot to another student.
A: No, camp ends promptly at 11:30 AM.
A: That’s okay! You can register for individual weeks based on your schedule. Just be sure to select the weeks you want on the registration form before the June 13 deadline.
A: Campers are grouped by grade level into small, age-appropriate teams:
Grades 3–4 (Junior League) and Grades 5–6 (Varsity League). Each group has dedicated staff and their own space to learn and play.
A: Absolutely! No prior sports experience is needed. Campers of all skill levels are welcome — our goal is fun, teamwork, and skill-building in a supportive environment.
A: Camp sessions are led by trained coaches, educators, and support staff from Tapestry Charter School and our community partners. Our team is experienced, energetic, and passionate about creating a fun and safe experience for every camper.

Every week of Tapestry’s Multi-Sport Summer Camp offers campers the opportunity to dive deep into a different sport. Our coaches create a supportive, skill-building environment where every camper can grow, compete, and have fun — no matter their experience level.
Week 1: Basketball Skills
Dates: July 7–10
Campers will dribble, shoot, and pass their way through exciting drills, challenges, and friendly scrimmages. The focus is on building fundamentals, boosting confidence, and having a blast on the court. Campers will also learn about sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork through fun daily challenges.

Week 2: Soccer & Lacrosse Skills
Dates: July 14–17
A fast-paced and energetic week focused on two exciting field sports! Campers will explore the fundamentals of soccer and lacrosse, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive strategies. Coaches will introduce key skills in a low-pressure, high-fun format that encourages agility, focus, and teamwork.

Try something new each day! Week 3 wraps up the season with a high-energy rotation of sports—Golf, Rugby, Volleyball, and Football. It’s perfect for campers eager to explore, have fun, and grow their all-around athletic skills. Campers remain grouped by grade level in a supportive, team-focused environment.
