I started in the Tapestry community as a kindergarten teaching partner and am now a K-2 special education teacher. I received my bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland in childhood education, during that time, I was a student athlete competing all 4 years on the varsity swim team. Following my undergraduate work I stayed in Cortland and worked as a lead teacher in a community preschool program while I continued my education and received my masters degree in teaching students with disabilities. Following my master I returned home to Buffalo, NY where I grew up. During my free time I enjoy coaching swimming and spending time with my family. I look forward to meeting the new students who join our community each September.
