Elizabeth Sturm teaches Algebra 2 and Financial Algebra, working primarily with juniors at Tapestry Charter High School. She earned both her bachelor’s degree (2015) and master’s degree (2016) from SUNY Fredonia and has been dedicated to teaching mathematics at various levels ever since. Her goal as an educator is to help students develop a deeper appreciation for math—even if it’s just a little more each day.
Outside of school, Mrs. Sturm enjoys family life with her husband, who is also a math teacher, and their 1½-year-old daughter, Maddie, who keeps them joyfully busy.
