Arrivals & Dismissals 2025-2026

A smooth start and finish to each school day helps set the tone for student success. At Tapestry Middle School, we maintain structured routines that promote safety, timeliness, and readiness to learn. Breakfast 7:30–7:50 AM. No food/drink may leave the café (except water in a clear container or sealed lunch).
Classroom Entry Begins at 7:50 AM with teacher supervision.
Instruction Begins 8:00 AM sharp.
Dismissal 2:44 PM. Students must exit unless in a supervised activity.
After-School Programs Held Tuesday–Friday. No programs on Mondays (Professional Development).
After-School Clubs Clubs begin in October and run from 3:00–4:00 PM. Students must be picked up by 4:00 PM. Clubs provide a chance to explore interests and build new skills.
Early Dismissals Require a note or phone call to the main office.

Principal’s Advisory Group 2025 -2026

The Principal’s Advisory Group (PAG) provides a platform for collaboration between school leadership, families, faculty, and students. PAG members support school decision-making, policy development, staff hiring input, and funding priorities through active discussion and subcommittee work. All parents/guardians are welcome to attend and contribute their voice to shaping the Tapestry Middle School experience.

Student Led Conferences (SLCs) 2025 -2026

Twice each year, Tapestry Middle School hosts Student-Led Conferences (SLCs) where students lead a conversation with their families and crew leaders about their academic progress, goals, and reflections. Report cards are shared at these meetings. As the date approaches, families will receive a sign-up sheet to select a convenient time.
