I first joined the Tapestry community in 2016 as a student teacher. I then went on to complete a year of service at the school through AmeriCorps’ ABLE program and was a teaching partner in the Excellent Elephants kindergarten classroom! I am so excited to be able to continue to be a part of the community. I love so much about my role as the lead teacher of the Terrific Turtles kindergarten class. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education from Canisius College and received my Master’s in Literacy Education (Birth-6th) from the college as well. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time with my friends, family, and cat, and baking!
