Presently, Mr. Pereira-Ballachino oversees Special Education & Related Services at the K-12 building level.  Additionally, he is the Section 504 Coordinator for the Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.  He also is integral in planning for supporting our English Language Learners and oversees this department.  He has worked with various grades K-6 in the capacity of a Consultant and Resource Room Teacher. Mr. Pereira-Ballachino graduated from Canisius College with a BS in Elementary/Special Education and French.  He also holds a Master of Science in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Canisius College. He holds certifications in Special Education, General Education, Foreign Language – French, and TESOL.  When not at Tapestry, Dominic enjoys traveling the world.
