It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I serve the Tapestry Community of learners and leaders as the K-5 Principal. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in History & Elementary Education from SUNY Brockport, followed by a Master’s degree in School Administration & Leadership from Hood College in Maryland in 2013. I have spent thirteen years in the classroom that led to a 2008 Who’s Who Women in Education and 2011 Master Teacher Award for Frederick County. Moving back to the WNY area in 2013, I served as a Staff Developer for Instructional Excellence for CA BOCES and a Pre K-12 Director of Curriculum in the Southern Tier. Most recently I served as a K-4 Administrator in Buffalo. My passion lies in inspiring and empowering diverse groups of students and staff alike, to achieve at high levels by fostering critical partnerships with stakeholders, moving towards a shared vision.
